Thrust into the world of detailing after being fired from a factory job. The opportunity to lease a franchise of Car Care arose. It was either sink or swim and sinking was not an option, so getting good would only make life easier.
My name is Ben Carey and I have strived to achieve a level of perfection in my detailing, far beyond what is commonly considered showroom condition amongst the automotive industry.
My goal is based on pure laziness. Aim number one, get 'em done fast so I can go home and sit on the couch. Aim two get 'em done good so I don't have to go back and do them again. Which turned into aim three. Make sure they stay that way for a s long as possible so I don't have to go back and do them again.

Teaching us about heat management when correcting paint to preserve the clarity of the clear coat. To much heat turns the clear opaque preventing light from reflecting back into the eye. When high clarity is achieved if you were to apply a wax on top your gloss levels would actually decrease, being that wax is opaque and not crystal clear.
The results are spectacular and far beyond regular paint correction others are doing. No detailers ever even mentioned the word clarity until after i did the training with Chris and started talking about it on social media. Now everyone is getting good clarity, yet they dont even know how to accurately judge it.
Sounds kinda obssesive but for me its a labour of love. I wont even mention movement in paint which is another element that means the best job I've ever done is still no where near perfect. oh well, one day!
I've worked tirelessly and focused on developing a world class skill set to provide results which far exceed my customer's expectations, in a relentless pursuit of a better finish, longer lasting protection and simpler techniques.
Expanding on a passion that has grown from a lifelong obsession with fancy cars (be it classics, performance or luxury), I simply couldn't afford when younger.
Detailing was an opportunity to get up close and personal with cars I love and is incorporated into every vehicle I touch, treating each one as if it were my own. ( once Mr.Spot has put his heart and soul, blood sweat and tears into your vehicle, it technically becomes my car) sorry, not sorry!
My philosophy is to renew, preserve & protect every vehicle entrusted with me, transforming them into stunning masterpieces that are a beauty to behold and will last the test of time.
